1. Should. If a person doesn’t know what it is that they are reading, the may not even open the email.
2. Shouldn’t. If you do this then people’s personal email addresses will be sent all over the web and that makes them more vulnerable to spam.
3. Shouldn’t. Because most of those people don’t give a hoot.
4. Should. That way they can just look at the email as if they’re sitting in on a conversation and taking notes, not participating.
5. Shouldn’t. The whole point of you being under the “bcc” field is so that you can read the email without other people knowing it. If you respond, you’re a dumbass and everyone will know you’re in the chain.
6. Shouldn’t. If you do this, and the email gets forwarded to one million people then one million people that you don’t know will have your email address.
7. Shouldn’t. That’s annoying.
8. Shouldn’t. That’s annoying and something my 61 year old dad would do.
9. Shouldn’t. Cute puppies can make a day happier, but seriously, just send them to the people you KNOW want to see them. Spare the other people the unnecessary puke in their mouth.
10. Should. Otherwise, their emails will get spread around and that is no fun for them.
